The D-IOOC will follow the following schedule
November 16- Competition officially opens to entries. in this phase producers may enroll in the competition (see entry form)
February 1- first day samples can be shipped to D-IOOC from now until April 15 it is possible to
enter samples to the competition (see entry form)
pay the entre fee(s) (see payment methods)
ship competing samples to D-IOOC (see sample shipping)
April 15 Deadline- Last day for all entries. Samples must be received by this date.
May 4, 5, 6 and 7 Sample evaluation - A panel of experienced judges will evaluate and classify each sample according to the dictums of the IOC (international Olive Council).
The winning samples will also be available for public tasting, international experts in the judging panel will comment on the specific characteristics of each winner.
